2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee

GenTech Seeds will provide replacement Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed at 50% of the purchase price for the affected Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed for the grower to replant if the below conditions have been met:

1. A grower has ordered Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed before 5pm on 30 August 2024 (or 29 November 2024 for Central Queensland resellers) in accordance with the applicable Terms of Trade and this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee.
2. The grower has planted that Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed during the Spring/Summer 2024 sowing season (being August 2024 to end of February 2025).
3. Within 60 days of the date of planting, the grower notifies GenTech Seeds that their Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum crop requires replanting.
4. The affected crop is assessed as requiring replanting by a GenTech Seeds representative.
5. The grower notifies GenTech Seeds of its decision to replant the replacement Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed and the decision to replant is approved by a GenTech Seeds representative.
6. The grower confirms with GenTech Seeds that the affected crop of planted Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed has been sprayed out prior to replanting.
7. The grower provides the batch number for the affected crop of planted Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed (and that batch number corresponds with GenTech Seed’s records as being eligible under this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee).
8. The grower replants the replacement Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed in the Spring/Summer 2024 sowing season.
   
   
   Additionally, the below conditions apply:
   
   
9. All replacement Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed must be provided directly by GenTech Seeds for planting during the Spring/Summer 2024 sowing season to be covered in this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee. 
10. All replacement Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed must be purchased via the reseller that the original Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed was purchased.
11. GenTech Seeds is unable to provide this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee on seed that a grower or retailer has on hand.
12. If the same Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed is not available from GenTech Seeds for replant, an alternative Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed will be offered at no extra cost.
13. Only one replant request can be accepted per planted paddock.
14. There are no limitations on the requirements for replant other than assessment of the affected crop by a GenTech Seeds representative that the crop will be sprayed out prior to replanting and the terms already listed in this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee.

GenTech Seeds reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, on notice. However, this 2024 Replant Plus Seed Replacement Guarantee will continue to apply to any orders for Pioneer® brand hybrid grain sorghum seed received by GenTech Seeds prior to this offer being withdrawn.
